The Old Dairy was an historical house in Selfoss. It was the first dairy factory in Iceland, originally built in 1929. The dairy collected milk from the cows of local farmers to produce fresh milk, cheese, cream, and skyr. The house was demolished in 1954 when the dairy moved to a larger premises on the same site, but reconstructed and opened again in 2021 with a new role as a modern culture and culinary centre.
